DESCRIPTION:The Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce is proud to be working with Madison County Employment and Training (MCET) on providing "Guest Service Gold Hospitality Training" to our Chamber members.  MCET received a grant to fund this project which means no cost to the employer.  The main focus of the Guest Service Gold Hospitality Training is to show your employees how to capitalize on Golden Opportunities using the following seven elements:\n\n\n\n1. Recovery\n\n2. Personalization\n\n3. Knowledge\n\n4. Passion\n\n5. Inclusion\n\n6. Personality\n\n7.
