Job Description

Our Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing and recording project and other financial data.

Typical job duties include (but are not limited to);

- Code and enter invoices and job costs
- Reconcile accounts
- Process supplier and subcontractor payments
- Copy and file invoices and payment documents
- Update purchase orders and job costs

General Requirements include:

-Two years experience required
-Two years college education beneficial

Job Skills Required include:

-Strong analytical and accounting skills
-Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
-Must be able to maintain good working relationships with vendors and other employees
