Early Disclosure

Job Summary:  We are looking for an Early Disclosure to join a growing team.  The Early Disclosure responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Produce accurate early disclosures in a timely manner
• Order and review flood certifications for consumer real estate loans
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reviews for accuracy, monitoring time constraints and notification of prequalification loans
• Prepare revised disclosures for changed circumstances

Location: Collinsville, IL
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17/hr

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of early disclosure documentation, regulatory requirements, Microsoft office and various office machines and computer systems
• Excellent oral/written communication, team player mentality and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines, practice ruthless time management and work well under pressure
