    Job Summary:  We are looking for a Financial Advisor Assistant to join a growing team.  The Financial Advisor Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Answering phones, taking messages, schedule appointments, greet visitors
    • Setup/maintain paper/electronic filing system
    • Handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence
    • Supply necessary forms for transactions and complete forms aligning with company policy
    • Review all transactions for accuracy and reconcile confirmation tickets to order
    • Create board report for all financial advisors

    Location: Maryville, IL
    Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
    Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr, BOE

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Associates or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred but not required)
    • 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry (preferred but not required)
    • Working knowledge of investments (rules/regulations), compliance issues, company policies/procedures and computer systems/software.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Practice ruthless time management, professionalism, and social perceptiveness
