• Med Spa Coordinator


    • Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality, retail, medical office, or other customer service or sales position

    • Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications

    • Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

    • Appropriately discuss aesthetic procedures, skin care services, and/or products with prospective patients over the phone; encourages them to schedule an appointment; or transfers to an appropriate team member who can assist them

    • Schedules appointments for multiple providers, greets patients, and provides appropriate registration paperwork for the appointment/procedure

    • Collects payments for consultations, skin care, and medical spa services

    • Completes additional daily cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks as needed


    • Three-quarter time position (30-35 hours per week):  Hours will be at least 4 days per week and will include a minimum of one evening, not past 7:30 p.m., weekends off. This is a set schedule, but hours are subject to change based on patient need.

    • Starting pay for this position is $17
