Member Support Center Representative

Located in Wood River, IL

Salary: Up to $18/hr BOE

Job Summary:  We are looking for a Member Support Center Representative to join a growing team.   The Member Support Center Representative will assist customers with telephone requests, explain services, respond to problems, and direct phone calls to the appropriate area.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience
• High school degree or GED
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Good listener and excellent telephone skills
