Construction Administrator(s)

AAIC inc. is seeking Construction Personnel to become part of our Team! The ideal candidate would have commercial construction and/or design experience with construction projects ranging from $100k to $10+M.  Responsibilities would include site visits, addressing contractor questions (RFI’s), addressing contractor proposal requests (RFP’s), review of contractor pay applications, representation of design team and client in contractor meetings, material submittal reviews, completion of inspection reports, and client coordination during construction phase. We’re looking for a team player who is highly organized and looks forward to working in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills are a must. A Professional Degree in Architecture or Construction Management is preferred but not required, comparable experience is acceptable. Professional experience is required. Experience using AutoCAD and/or REVIT a plus, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
