Collector

We are looking for a Collector to join our team.  The Collector duties include:

• Contact delinquent accounts and take appropriate measures to recover assets. Take telephone calls from members or meet in person with members needing assistance with delinquent obligations.
• Assist Member Solutions management team with decision making on bankruptcies, repossessions, total loss claims, court appearances, etc.
• Identify areas where existing programs can be improved and/or enhanced.

Location: Granite City, IL
Position Type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Up to $50,000/yr, BOE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school or GED
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Foster relationships with companies/individuals
