Salary Range:
$90,000/yr - $115,000/yr, BOE, with Benefits
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction projects from initial client contact through the design-bid-build construction cycle and finish close out.
Coordinates activities with on-site superintendent, owner, architect and various subcontractors.
With the assistance of an assigned Assistant Project Manager, responsible for all paperwork, communications, scheduling, manpower, material and equipment used for contracts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts and assure achievement of pre-established profit objectives. Be aware that individual financial incentives are dependent on achievement of assigned profit objectives.
Prioritize tasks according to schedule demands, senior management directives and periodic urgency.
Prepare bid quotations to assure expectation of achieving pre-established company profit objectives.
Always represent the company in a business-like manner, establish strong external network relationships, seek out and create opportunities for additional sales and overall be an effective ambassador for the company at all times.

Represent company in project meetings, strategy meetings, assist in negotiations and assure that change orders are immediately priced into contract revisions
Sensitive to safety issues and constantly on guard to protect company from theft, legal actions and other losses resulting from controllable incidents
Capable of performing the above tasks both as an individual and team participant
Assume additional responsibilities as requested by senior management.
