Call Center Representative

Job Summary:  We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team.  The Call Center Rep will assist members & potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, directs phone calls to the appropriate area and provides convenient loan service by telephone.  A natural ability to help others and a pleasant outgoing personality are a must.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Shift: 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri (8am-1pm every other Saturday)
Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Qualifications:  Qualified candidates must have 1-3 years of experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office.  A professional appearance/behavior are required.  Work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization: courtesy, tact & diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
