    We are looking for a friendly and hard-working customer service associate to join our growing team.  Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, be self-motivated, energetic, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work in a team environment.  Prior inside customer service experience is preferred.  Inside sales, accounting or contract experience is a plus.
    Customer Service Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
    • Professional daily interaction with multiple customers via phone and email
    • Managing customer accounts and contracts
    • Accurate pricing and order entry
    • Professional handling of customer complaints
    • Work with sales reps to set up contracts for new equipment
    • Collaborate with internal customer service teams to deliver first class customer satisfaction
    • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
    • Perform each duty above with our customers’ satisfaction as your number one priority
