    We are looking for part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to help grow our Mosquito Joe franchise!  Mosquito Joe performs Outdoor Pest Control Services throughout the St. Louis Metro East Region.  We desire to be the leader in Outdoor Pest Control, treating each customer with respect, and empowering a team that desires to contribute and succeed to grow our brand.  We are seeking those who are reliable, diligent in their work ethic, desire employment that makes them want to come back every day and thrive in a challenging operational work environment.  But Hey!  Let’s have fun in the process!

    Job Description
     
    The part-time CSR reports directly to the owner/operator and our hours of operation are from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.  You can expect 20-25 hours a week that will be flexible to accommodate your schedule and the best interest of the business.  Your role is instrumental in converting sales leads and effectively retaining existing customers:  
    1.      Answer and respond to phone calls and emails
    2.      Actively monitor, pursue, and convert sales leads
    3.      Manage our Point of Sales System (ServSuite)
    a.       Add, Change and Delete Programs
    b.      Update Customer Account Information to include payment information
    c.       Receive Payments, Perform Payment Analysis via Work Orderrs/Invoices, and Manage Accounts Receivable and Collection tasks
    d.      Routing and Optimization for our Daily Operational Schedules
    e.       Create Miscellaneous Invoices
    f.        Perform end of day tasks
    g.       Run reports and perform analysis based on various reporting
    4.      Resolve issues both with our customers and field operations staff.
     
    Our season begins in April and ends in October.  We are looking to expand our services that will potentially create annual operations.  This role would start in mid-March and potentially run through the end of September but could run longer.  This role may require some rotational weekend shifts.

    ·         Service Industry Sales experience 
    ·         Team builder that creates a cohesive partnership between office and field
    ·         Familiarization with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
    ·         Ability to prioritize competing tasks or request guidance when deadlines cannot be met
    ·         Sense of urgency to Customer or Field Staff employees
    ·         Familiar with Distance and Geography in Metro East Region
    ·         Ability to operate a multi-line VOIP phone system 
     
    Duties
    ·         Monitors and Reacts to Sales Leads 
    ·         Answer and respond to phone calls; manage Call History / Call Forwarding / Analytics
    ·         Conduct Sales Calls and Resolves Customer Inquiries/Complaints
    ·         Respond to Web Quote and Service Requests
    ·         Analyze Properties and Service Requests to create Bids
    ·         Effectively Communicate services, promotions, and upsell other services
    ·         Confirm Spring Start-Up and Fall Shutdown with customers; sets expectations for next season
    ·         Communicate changes to schedule to Customers, Field Operations, and Management
    ·         Analyze Weather for rain and wind
    ·         Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) System to send online review requests/resolve issues
    ·         Conduct inventory of office supplies as needed
    ·         Conduct general office cleaning
    ·         Monitor GPS Tracking System for awareness of daily operations progress
    ·         Maintain effective Electronic File Management
    ·         Manage and Maintain Point of Sales System
    ·         Performs weekly follow-up call to new customers
    ·         Assists in packaging and managing delivery of new customer packages / EOY gifts
    ·         Trains and/or Assists other CSRs as applicable
    ·         Complete training through Mosquito Joe University
    ·         Participated or Reviews weekly Corporate Conference Calls
    Compensation: $15.00 per hour
