Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:  We are looking for multiple Customer Service Representative to join a growing team.
Location: Granite City, IL
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Up to $60,000/yr BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications
1-3 years related professional experience
College degree preferred
Working knowledge of core systems such as IBM, AS400, iSeries and PeopleSoft
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet)
 Excellent oral/written communication skills and listening skills
 Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a professional manner
 Strong attention to detail and promptly follows up on issues through resolution
 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
 Ability to work in a team environment, be flexible and willing to accept change
