    Customer Advocacy Representative

    You will be entrusted with crafting and delivering the highest caliber of experience to our current and potential customers. In this role you will be the voice of Wisper. Your skill and determination will help us become the company that people write books about.

     

    **This position is eligible for Work from Home**--occasional in office work/attendance is required

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:30 am-8 pm, rotating weekends Saturday-Sunday 10 am-6:30 pm

    Pay range: $16.50-$17.50/hour


    Essential Job Functions

    • Connect with our customers using phone, email, chat, SMS, or in-person
    • Serve our customers by following Billing, Sales, and Technical procedures with precision
    • Connect potential customers to the right service by determining eligibility, selling packages & scheduling jobs
    • Rescue customers with basic troubleshooting of their internet connection
    • Assist customers with billing needs including taking payment, explaining bills, etc.
    • Ensure customers have access to online systems (bill pay, email account, etc)
    • Support the customer through related administrative tasks
    • Perform other related duties as directed

    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Must pass a background check & drug screen
    • Regular & predictable attendance required
    • Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future

    • 1+ year customer service experience
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and similar software packages
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone and in writing

    Working Conditions

    • Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities
    • Work is performed primarily inside an office at a desk

    Physical Requirements: Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs. Moderate: Lifting 0-25 lbs. Heavy: Lifting 25+ lbs.
