    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Supporting the store manager in meeting your store’s goals as well as company targets to maximize profitability
    • Delivering excellent customer service
    • As a strong leader in your store, you’ll motivate and educate your team, acting as a role model to the staff, delegating tasks which allow them to learn from you and grow their skills and knowledge
    • Additional assistant manager duties as needed

     Qualifications:

    • Previous management or sales experience preferred
    • Enjoy talking with people while displaying a friendly, engaging attitude
    • Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills
    • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills to both interact with customers and to work well with team leaders and other store associates
