Being a youth counselor at Hoyleton means bringing your compassion, empathy, and fun to a place where you can change young lives forever. In this role, you bring your whole self forward and see the best in young people who haven't been given the support and guidance needed to be a positive part of their communities.
Hoyleton is here to guide you along the way. From our CARE practice model to training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) to innovative programs and technology, we help you create relationships built on trust as you engage and interact with the youth who rely on you to lead them to a better tomorrow - all in a safe and protected environment.
Knowing how much you put into your work and those you serve, we also put your wellness at the forefront of all we do with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible schedules.
