Southwestern Electric Cooperative is searching for an engineering manager who’d like to plan, execute and oversee a diverse array of projects that marry power distribution to operations and IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our vice-president of engineering, you’ll: Design and build industry-leading IT into multimillion dollar, state-of-the-art substations. Fortify and improve the integrity of 3,000 miles of overhead and underground distribution line, as well as several hundred miles of transmission line. Design and build projects that serve urban, suburban and rural accounts ranging from private homes to industrial pipelines to commercial districts and manufacturing facilities. Work with our IT department to hone the integration of our GIS Mapping, Staking, OMS, and iPad Field Operations tools.
