The City of Collinsville Street Department is currently accepting applications for seasonal Street Maintenance Workers for the 2019 Summer Season.
These are seasonal manual labor positions and will not exceed 6-months from the date of hire.
We are looking for individuals who care about making the City a better place, who show up on time, work hard, and have a positive attitude.
Candidates must possess valid Driver's License and be at least 18 years old. Must satisfactorily complete a driving record check and criminal background check.
Duties include (but are not limited to): push mowing, weeding, painting curbs and signposts, litter pick up and disposal, cleaning garage and office areas, inventory, and manual labor including lifting and moving heavy materials occasionally.
Employees will be required to perform manual labor for extended periods of time outside in all types of weather conditions.
