    This position is responsible for but not limited to welcoming customers, providing prompt and high level customer service that What the Cup is known for.

    Experience 

    • Prior food service experience with customer service and cash register handling is preferred but not required.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
    • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays, at various times of the year.
    • Ability to work as part of a positive team with good communication and customer service skills.
    • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
    • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
    • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
    • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas.
    • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
