As such, we are currently looking for a MED SPA MANAGER to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years of leadership/managerial work experience in a surgical practice, med spa, service, hospitality, or other high end service industry
Strong written and oral communication skills that will allow the spa manager to handle questions, problems, and concerns from team members, ancillary personnel, providers, and patients
Ability to recommend, implement, and train new protocols
Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Oversees all staffing needs for the med spa - screens applicants, hires med spa support staff, and discusses final decisions and hires for med spa provider positions with the surgeon and/or Practice Manager
Provide regular feedback - in oral and written form, as well as both formal and informal - to staff on their performance; provides appropriate guidance and training for areas of improvement
Ensures the med spa runs smoothly and schedules are optimal; suggests improvements to enhance patient flow, to minimize no show rates, and to increase retention rates
Sets agendas and leads meetings or training sessions with team members
Generates, analyzes, and interprets financial reports to make meaningful decisions for the med spa including cost of goods, revenue, and updating med spa fee schedule
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS:
Scheduled office hours for this position are Monday/Wednesday 7:45 am - 5 pm; Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8 am - 4 pm. Some evenings or hours outside of normally scheduled hours may be expected for meetings/events hosted throughout the year.
Hourly pay range from $22-$24
After a 90 day introductory period, employee is eligible for the following:
