HR Generalist

Job Summary: We are looking for a HR Generalist to join a growing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR related duties including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment/hiring, onboarding, performance management and employment compliance.

Location:Maryville, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation/Direct Hire
Pay: $40,000/yr - $60,000/yr, BOE

Qualifications

· 3 years of Human Resources experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

· The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: active listening, accurate, excellent oral/written communication, confidentiality, mathematical skills, decision making, interpersonal, tactful, conflict resolution, detail-orientated and comfortable working under pressure.
