    Job Description:  

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the clinical team by using various marketing campaign strategies to help build therapist caseloads and build a positive presence within the community. Their duties include creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, business cards, and various other marketing materials. You will also be responsible for analyzing engagement data, identifying social media trends, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.  


    As the Marketing Coordinator you will also be responsible for assisting, coordinating, and executing marketing events, on and off site, for Counselors Associates Ltd. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for being knowledgeable about the mental health services we provide and effectively fielding questions in a professional manner.

    Counselors Associates Ltd, founded in 2010, is a large-scale private psychotherapy group practice specializing in psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management.? We currently have offices in Illinois and Missouri. We are always working to expand our reach.??

    What We Offer:? 

    1. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, and a variety of other factors. ?The pay range for full-time is $37,000.00-$48,000.00 for Part-time is $18.00-$23.00/hour

    The best applicant for this position has: 

    • 3-5 years' experience with professional social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. 

    • Familiarity with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other metrics tools for reporting on community size and engagement. 

    • Social media content creation and management of social media outlets. 

    • Proficient with Adobe or Canva on how to create images, content, advertisements, and video-based content to our social networks. 

    • Experience with managing Google Workspace. 

    • Experienced at coordinating marketing projects, internally and externally. 

    • Vision and experiences creating basic marketing tools for a variety of uses. 

    • Ability to break down copious amounts of information into digestible content. 

    • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to grasp and communicate concepts. 

    • Organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, experience managing projects to completion, and the ability to prioritize.  

    • Ability and willingness to utilize computer software systems to track activities and other pertinent information. 

    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. 

    • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications such as Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

    • Effective communication skills. 

    • Project management skills. 

    • You have superb interpersonal skills.??
