Veterinary Technician

Davis Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary technician to join our team. We are a thriving 5 doctor small animal practice in Collinsville, IL. We have wonderful clients and great support from our community. We pride ourselves with a friendly, fun work environment that is condusive to learning and expanding your skills. Our team of technicians are knowledgable and available for mentorship. We operate by appointments and do not have any emergency or overnight requirements.

Duties Include:

• Patient Care
• Radiology
• Surgical assistance
• Collection and preperation of blood samples
• IV catheter placement and medication administration
• Dental prophylaxis
• Medical record keeping
• Client education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
