    We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken full-time, non-exempt Inside Sales Representative to join our ever-growing and expanding Wisper sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

    Summary of Essential Job Functions

    • Answer incoming calls from potential and/or existing customers looking for Wisper services (new or upgrades)
    • Listen to caller's needs and find the right solution for them
    • Make outbound calls to potential and/or existing customers and follow up on leads
    • Keep up with Wisper's product and service information and updates
    • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
    • Stay informed about competing products and services
    • Upsell Wisper products and services
    • Achieve sales target


    Requirements for Position

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of proven successful sales experience
    • Strong drive to close sales and achieve goals
    • Be able to communicate effectively via phone, email and message systems
    • Ability to effectively explain service offerings
    • Must demonstrate personal accountability; be punctual for work and meetings
    • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude


    Desired Skills & Competencies

    • Previous telecom sales experience
    • Phone-based sales experience
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong listening and sales skills


    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

    Fast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules and fluctuating priorities. Work is performed indoors, at a desk/on the phone.

    Must pass a background check & drug screen

    Physical Requirements: X Light- Lifting 0-10 lbs, Moderate- lifting 0-25 lbs, Heavy- lifting 25+ lbs
