Rebate Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for a Rebate Specialist to join a growing team. The Rebate Specialist assists in auditing all sold new vehicle packets for proper documentation. They should be able to identify differences and patterns within documentation easily. This position requires great attention to detail and the ability to concentrate in an auditing capacity. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Report daily deliveries
- Submit rebates to OEM
- Maintain rebate information from OEM
- Maintain and reconcile rebate schedules
- Review rebate receivables with Office Manager and Owners
- Assist in auditing all sold new vehicle packets for proper documentation
- Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
Location: Collinsville, IL
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18/hr-$22/hr, BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
