    Position Summary/Purpose
    Establish contact with individuals and organizations for the purpose of making sales presentations that will lead to product and service sales to new and existing customers.
    Assist in development of promotional materials and programs, coordinate sales activities, and follow-up with customers after delivery of services.
    Primary Duties and Responsibilities
    ·       Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
    ·       Develop existing customer accounts, expanding the range of services they purchase.
    ·       Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes.
    ·       Deliver sales presentations and close new customers.
    ·       Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
    ·       Assist in development of marketing and promotional materials and events.
    ·       Participate in industry related networking organizations and activities.
    ·       Maintain customer contact database.
    ·       Plan marketing events, meetings, and company parties.
    Additional Duties and Responsibilities
    ·       Attend weekly sales meetings.
    ·       Complete weekly sales reports.
    Decision Rights and Authority
    ·       Entertainment spending within approved budget.

    ·       Participate in select trade and community associations providing access to customer prospects and partnering contractors.

    Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    ·       Education and Experience
    High school diploma (or GED) required with Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field optional. Two (2) to four (4) years of selling experience.
    ·       Selling Skills
    Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets and the issues and challenges they face and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.
    ·       Mathematical Skills
    Possesses adequate math skills. Able to translate information regarding a prospect’s business into estimated revenue potential.
    ·       Computer Skills
    Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including enterprise systems and MS Office, Word, and Excel.

    Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
