The OJT Program Provides:
Cost Savings; Excellent Employees; Convenience
Your Business Can Participate if:
- OJT position is permanent and full-time (32+ hours/week)
- OJT position pays at least $10/hour

Incumbent Worker Training
Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) can help qualifying companies upgrade the skills of existing employees that will ultimately help the company remain competitive, increase profits, and support the growth of the company. Based on the size of the company, up to 90% of the costs of training can be reimbursed through the program.

Requirements for Registering an Apprenticeship Program
Registered Apprenticeship benefits employers by providing them with a pipeline of skilled workers with industry-specific training and hands-on experience. Registered Apprenticeship programs are customizable to match the employer's need and highly flexible in order to always meet the employer's changing requirements.
