EvUCC Raise the Roost - Chicken Dinner & Auction
We’ve heard a few rumors that folks have been missing the famous Chicken Dinner… so we thought, why not bring it back with a twist? So please save the date for the Raise the Roost Dinner Auction on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the KC Hall in Highland and be ready for an evening of great food, community fun, and exciting auction items. We’re planning both silent and live auctions, plus a few extra fundraising games to keep things lively! Hope to see you there!
