Responsibilities:

- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:

- Construction management and oversight of remodeling projects

- Carpentry work, such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets

- Plumbing tasks, such as installing fixtures and repairing pipes

- Glass installation for windows and mirrors

- Stucco and plaster application for wall finishing

- Caulking to seal gaps and joints

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of remodeling plans

- Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a remodeler or in a related field

- Strong knowledge and skills in construction management, carpentry, plumbing, glass installation, stucco application, plastering, caulking, hardscape installation, blueprint reading, and concrete finishing

- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
