Job SummaryWe are currently hiring Entry-Level Project Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations of our roofing, siding, and gutter projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working outdoors. Responsibilities- Verify that all materials delivered by suppliers match the order
- Communicate directly with homeowners to answer questions and address concerns
- Ensure crews have access to additional materials as needed to keep the project moving
- Perform site visits to monitor progress and support the Production Manager
- Confirm that completed work matches the scope of the project
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up and free of construction debris at project completion
Qualifications- Must be reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- No prior construction experience necessary—on-the-job training provided
