• • A Front Office Department- We provide a friendly front office staff to schedule clients that match your clinical specialties, preferences, and availability.
  • A collaborative team-based model with strong leadership support with each location staffed with a Clinical Director,  Lead Therapists, weekly group supervision, monthly individual supervision, and multiple resources and expertise from veteran therapists.  We have a collaborative team that shares ideas, insight, validation and inspiration.
  • Counselors are expected to take an active role in marketing themselves, with the guidance and limited support of our marketing coordinator. While we provide assistance in client acquisition through tailored referrals based on counselors’ specialties and client needs, we also empower counselors to engage in their own marketing efforts. Our marketing coordinator offers guidance on developing professional profiles, outreach strategies, and occasional marketing materials. This approach allows counselors to cultivate their client base while focusing primarily on delivering exceptional therapy.
  • Internal Billing Department- We provide a friendly internal billing department to handle claims on client’s behalf. Our clinicians and our billing department collaborate so that the clinicians can support clients in understanding fees and services. 
  • HIPAA-secure technology- HIPAA-secure internal and external communication technology for team members or client communication, and a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform for easy, quick, and secure communication with clients.  We also provide an electronic health record system to assist in quick and thorough charting, and HIPAA-secure scheduling platform.  We also offer a high end telehealth platform.

Who You Are:

• • You have a master’s degree in clinical/counseling psychology, social work from a clinical track, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university.  
  • Unrestricted license preferred, but not required.  (Ability to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor).
  • You have at least 3 months experience providing video therapy, and or a telehealth certification. 
  • You have maintained a full clinical caseload of 20+ child, adolescent, or adult clients a week, for one or more years.
  • You are excited about providing excellent clinical care to a full caseload of clients, you have  a great retention record and you have experience flourishing with a full caseload in your previous work.  
  • You have superb interpersonal skills (listening and communication), and a willingness to receive feedback.  
  • You reside in the United States of America.
  • You are open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, and have a good sense of humor.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, are adept to learning various tech tools to enhance your impact and make work easier.  
  • You are accountable, collaborative, able to work independently, and keep in regular communication with your team.
