Rotation Office Worker

JOB OPENING!!!!
Pay starts at $18 hourly, with a raise after completing the 90 day probationary period. We are a Self Storage & U-Haul company looking for a Rotation Office Worker with the ability to multi-task & complete the daily routines. The position requires covering different offices when the full time Site Manager is not in the office. Our offices are in Belleville IL, Troy IL, & Mascoutah IL; although mostly you would work the Belleville or Mascoutah locations. The job includes processing customer payments, storage move-ins and move-outs, and U-Haul rentals. The postion does involve working outdoors for brief periods each day also.
This position is averages 20-25hrs (3 days) a week and includes working at least one day most weekends. We do schedules monthly, but flexibility is important for occasional emergency needs.
Potential candidates should be comfortable using a computer, possibly a retail background and definitely excellent customer service skills.
