We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food production practices, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Sauget, IL
Shift: Monday - Friday
2nd Shift | 2:20pm-11pm

Compensation: $18.25/hr.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Assemble food products to company standards
- Package finished products
- Stock line with food products as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment
Requirements of the Production Associate:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in 45–50-degree temperatures
- Ability to meet drug screening requirements
