TMSM Chamber Announces 2026 Women's Conference: ''Lead the Change... Transform the Future''

TROY, IL — The Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite women from across the Metro East to its 2026 Women's Conference on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at The Outlet Event Center at Edison's.

With this year's theme, "Lead the Change... Transform the Future," the conference will bring women together for a day of inspiration, personal and professional growth, and meaningful connections.

The event will feature an exciting lineup of local speakers, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Attendees will hear from keynote speaker Carol Sparks of Beckemeier LeMoine Law, along with Lisa Colon of Gateway CEO, who will share insights on leadership, confidence, and mentoring the next generation.

Throughout the morning, attendees can choose from breakout sessions covering a variety of topics, including recognizing personal strengths, navigating life transitions, finding balance, embracing leadership, and personal growth. The conference will also feature a panel of experts and opportunities for attendees to connect and share experiences.
