Classic Friedens Friends

On the fourth Wednesday of each month Friedens Troy will have a day designed specifically for our Classic Friedens Friends (Adults who are retired, semi-retired, etc.)!

The day will include some stretching / chair yoga, a devotional time to set goals for the year, lunch & a movie. Feel free to come for part or all of this day. No prior knowledge or experience needed to participate, al are welcome!
