Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company facilities, vehicles, and boats.
- Assist with clinic setup and remodeling projects.
- Maintain equipment, systems, and buildings, documenting repairs and installations.
- Handle general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning.
- Ensure proper functioning of alarm and fire protection systems.
- Represent ApexNetwork in a professional and positive manner.
- Travel to corporate facilities and out of state as needed.
- Proactively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Range: $16.50- $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Benefits:
- Flexible schedule: 15-20 hours per week.
- Paid vacation time.
