  • Executive Assistant / Client Services Coordinator

    Are you a highly organized, professional, and people-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to grow within a successful insurance and financial services office? We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Client Services Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our Maryville office while providing exceptional service to our clients and prospects.
    Position Overview

    • Average 24-28 hours per week
    • Flexible Schedule
    • In-office position
    • 3-4 days per week (occasionally Saturdays for special events)
    • Part-time with potential to move into a full-time role
    • Performance-based bonus opportunities

    Responsibilities
    • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients
    • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative duties
    • Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries professionally
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Make outbound calls to current and prospective clients
    • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
    • Assist with office organization and workflow management
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
    • Help resolve client concerns and diffuse difficult situations
    • Support the overall growth and success of the organization
    Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong typing and computer proficiency
    • Organized with strong attention to detail
    • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects by phone and in person
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
    • Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish)
    Licensing Requirements
    • Current Life & Health Insurance License and/or Property & Casualty Insurance License
    • Ability to obtain license within agreed upon time frame
