Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
Assist membership with financial needs by means of telephone interaction. Analyze member account data and process member transactions. Digital service processing via chat, text and online support. Recognize cross selling opportunities regarding credit union products and services. Perform various Clerical and Servicing duties as assigned. Back up Receptionist as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication skills. Organizational and computer skills. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of credit union systems, and products/services.
Pay Range:
$15.11 to $18.89 Hourly
