Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, skilled employee to assist with residential and commercial construction projects. This role includes new construction, renovations, and repair work. Responsibilities vary by project and require strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Assist tradesmen and machine operators on job sites
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Remove debris and maintain clean job sites
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing cabinets, hanging doors, trim, and finish work
- Install windows
- Install siding
- Hang, repair, and replace drywall
- Install flooring (wood, carpet, concrete, tile)
- Install and repair tile and grout
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions and ensure all work meets code requirements
- Proven construction experience preferred
- Ability to operate tools and basic machinery
- Carpentry and basic plumbing knowledge
- Understanding of construction materials and methods
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Good balance and hand-eye coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent
