Lawn Care Technician

Turfgator and The Pest Guys are locally owned and operated companies located out of Lebanon, IL. We are seeking full-time lawn care technicians for the TurfGator side of our business. Primary duties include performing fertilizer and weed control applications to residential and commercial grade lawns, estimates and/or evaluations along with other general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will need to have a genuine appreciation for a beautiful lawn, excellent people skills, self-motivated and be able to work in all weather conditions. Candidate will also need to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to sustain walking for a lengthy period of time. Experience is a plus, but not required. We are offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus as well as competitive salaries, paid vacation, paid holidays, weekly bonus and health insurance.
