We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare, change careers, or gain hands-on experience while pursuing a CNA, nursing, or other healthcare certification.

This position is ideal for:

• Individuals looking to get their foot in the door in healthcare

No prior experience is required — we provide training and ongoing support.

Qualifications: 

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old

• Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent 

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds

• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach

• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Personal reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and driver's license required

• Live in and willing to travel within 30 miles of their home in Madison County, IL

• Ability to use basic technology (Cell phone apps) to be able to provide reports through our electronic system
