Mid-Level IT Technician

Looking for a Mid-Level IT Technician job in Highland, IL? Join our fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) team and work on real IT challenges for multiple clients. What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Windows Server, Office 365, and basic Linux systems
• Troubleshooting networks, firewalls, and cloud services
• Assisting with VoIP/UCaaS deployments and backup/disaster recovery
• Providing remote and on-site support for multiple clients
• Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge base

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment
• Bachelor, Associates, Trade-school or Certified level education
• Comfortable with Windows systems, networking, and cloud administration
• Can explain technical issues in plain English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow

• Bonus Skills: Office 365 Admin, Linux, Azure or AWS, firewall deployment experience
