    Job Title: Commercial Lines Client Service Representative

     

    Job Summary
    An established and expanding insurance agency is looking for a Commercial Lines Client Service Representative to support account managers handling a varied portfolio of commercial accounts. This role is vital to delivering excellent client service and ensuring that day-to-day service operations run smoothly for businesses of all sizes and industries.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare quotes and issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, and ID cards for clients and prospects
    • Review policies for accuracy and maintain up-to-date client information in the agency management system
    • Assist account managers with documentation, renewals, and policy changes
    • Perform a range of service tasks and back-office functions with accuracy and efficiency
    • Keep detailed and organized client files and maintain clear internal communication
    • Contribute to the preparation of renewal documents and assist with processing policy updates as needed

     

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Required to have Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel and Outlook
    • Ideally have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
    • Proven experience managing accounts of various sizes and industries
    • Working knowledge of client management systems
    • Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
    • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Strong service-oriented attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
