Site Manager

- Ability to oversee daily program operations and staff performance. 
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills. 
- Experience working with adults with memory loss, intellectual/ developmental disabilities, seniors, or special populations. 
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience. 
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
