    At Pete’s, we’ve always believed that a grocery store should feel like home — familiar faces, friendly service, and a real connection to the community.

    We’re looking for someone passionate and dependable to help lead the store forward — someone who values people, takes pride in honest work, and understands what a neighborhood grocery store really means to the City of Troy, IL.

    We’re especially looking for someone who is:
    • Passionate about people and community
    • Trustworthy, genuine, and a strong communicator
    •  Comfortable with numbers and store operations
    • Experienced in grocery management (preferred but not required)
    • Ready to lead a team and be a familiar, reliable presence
