CMC Electric is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experiences.
- Provide administrative support throughout the office, as needed.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Additional duties may be assigned as applicable.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in client services or call center environments.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and Microsoft Office applications.
