Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment (tune-ups, inspections, etc)
- Identify (potential) problems affecting current or future performance of equipment and identify sales opportunities
- Provide customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, quality, cost and other comfort improvements and collect payments
- Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers
Requirements:
- Enjoy communicating with and advising customers
- Mechanically inclined, willing to earn while you learn
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
