Residential HVAC Service Technician- Full-Time
Location: Hamel, IL

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate professionally with customers, peers and dispatchers
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technology
- Present findings and options for repair to customers; provide advice and recommendations as needed/requested
Requirements:
- 1+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal certified
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong technical ability
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
