Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member HYBRID REMOTE

Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Edwardsville; IL is seeking an outgoing, careeroriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Christina Reynolds - State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, business and life insurance.
Responsibilities
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Income first year ranging from $30k to $55k
Requirements
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams • Self-motivated • Bilingual – Spanish and Vietnamese preferred • Property and Casualty license (Must have before start -will provide access to classes to help acquire licenses.) • Life and Health license (Must have before start -will provide access to classes to help acquire licenses.)
