    Basic Function:
     
    The Office Administrator serves as one of the initial points of contact for the First Community Insurance team, contributing to relationship development. They provide essential administrative support for the Insurance Advisors and Management and deliver quality member service in person or over the phone.
     
    Specific Responsibilities:
    • Deliver prompt, accurate and friendly service to members and clients.
    • Manage incoming calls and handle basic member inquiries.
    • Direct incoming email, mail, fax, and voicemail to the appropriate Insurance Agency team member.
    • Prepare and assist with assigned reports.
    • Support management with tasks such as Accounting and Record Keeping.
    • Handle various administrative duties, including coordinating mailings, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings.
